chicken bibimbap bowl

makes 4 servings, hits the spot, and is essentially a healthified pho / ramen!

equipment you need:

directions

  1. - add 1 cup of rice to an instant pot
  2. - Rinse well and add 1 cup for water (adjust to 3/4 cup or 1/2 cup of water accordingly if your toppings have a lot of water)
  3. Add toppings (shiitake mushroom, carrots, corn, spinach, chicken, ginger)
  4. - Cook on high pressure for 5 min & 10 min of natural release
  5. - Add gochujang and sesame oil
  6. mix well into a bowl and then place overeasy fried egg
  7. - Serve with seaweed
