  1. mix all ingredients below into a bowl
    -1/2 avocado
    -tomatoes
    -1/3 cup cottage cheese
    -1/4 cup red onion
    -1 tbsp olive oil
    -some lime juice, chili pepper, parsley, salt & pepper
    -1 soft boiled egg
  2. Serve on top of a rice cake or two.
