mineral loaded beef bowl

takes about 7 minutes to make, yeilds 3 servings, and a BOAT LOAD of proteins, vitamins, and minerals ◡̈

Ingredients: (makes ~3 servings)
1 package ancestral blend ground beef, Force of Nature brand
1 packet taco seasoning, Siete brand
1/4 cup raw cheddar cheese, Raw Farms brand
1 avocado
Dollop of Greek yogurt, Fage 2%
Juice from 1/2 a lime
Sauerkraut
Yellow Bird Hot sauce (optional)

directions:

  1. Add 1 tsp of avocado or olive oil to a medium / large pan.
  2. Add beef and "brown" for 2 to 3 minutes. Add Siete taco seasoning packet and break up the meat and cook for 3 to 5 more minutes until the meat is browned.
  3. Sprinkle raw cheese, mix it in until combined and turn off the heat. **This is about enough beef for 3 servings.
  4. To serve, add about 3/4 c ground beef, spoonful of sauerkraut, a dollop of Greek yogurt, and a 1/4 of an avocado.
  5. Squeeze lime juice and add a sprinkle of flakey sea salt.
