This week, I have a fun assignment for you: Let's rewrite your day!

We all know how easy it is to grab the first thing we see when hunger strikes. This week, let's use that to our advantage.

Here's the trick:

SURROUND YOURSELF WITH HEALTHY CHOICES!

3-TIPS TO FUELING A BUSY LIFE

Instead of leaving whole oranges untouched, peel, slice, and store them in a container on your counter or desk. This makes them visually appealing and readily available for a quick, healthy snack.

Replace the usual bowl or bags of chips at your office desk with a trail mix, mints, roasted bean snacks, or even homemade puppy chow.

Reorganize your pantry. When you open your cupboards and the caramel Ghirardelli squares are the first thing you see...chances are that's what you're going to reach for.

So, maybe try shifting those squares to the side or behind some popcorn, dried fruits, or trail mix. Basically, just in a less prominent spot, placing alternatives like dried fruits front and center.

FOOD ISN'T OFF LIMITS...

Remember, we're not saying these "unhealthy" options are forbidden! Just by making them less visible, we're reducing the chance of impulsive choices.

By making small changes to our environment, we can nudge ourselves towards making healthier decisions throughout the week.
