macronutrient, hormone-support breakfast idea

macronutrient balanced breakfast comin’ atcha!! protein z’oats 🥲🥣 you can always add more toppings than i did, more protein, and more oats.

 

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup gluten free oats....I love Bob’s Red Mill

1/2 small Zucchini, shredded ( i used a cheese grater)

1/3 cup egg whites….ideally organic

1 scoop Protein Powder Whey Back protein….I love Earth Fed Muscle Whey Back Vanilla flavor (use code KATIE10 for $$ off)

2 teaspoons (+/-) Nut Butter…. I Love Nuttzo

2 tablespoons Raspberry, raw, mashed….

1 tablespoon Granola….I love Purely Elizabeth or Nu Trail

DIRECTIONS

1. Toss oats into bowl.

2. Shred zucchini into the bowl.

3. Add water/milk and egg whites. Stir.

4. Microwave for 2 minutes

5. Add protein powder

6. Stir all together

5. Add desired toppings (fruit, almond butter, cinnamon, granola, salt)

6. devour 😍
