120 g (~2/3 cup) Cage Free Egg Whites

2 medium Eggs, Cooked - I like to scramble mine with the egg whites

1 tablespoon Bragg, Nutritional Yeast Seasoning

2/3 cup of cooked / browned Ground Turkey, Lean, 7% Fat, 93% Lean

1 cup Spinach, sautéed from Fresh

Sprinkle of organic Dill

Sprinkle of high quality salt
