PB & J protein smoothie

your favorite childhood snack, reincarnated with some protein

ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries, organic
  • 4 oz / 1/2 cup milk (Nut milk = Elmhurst or Malk, Cow milk = Raw Farms)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice, must be riced
  • 1 scoop protein powder (Earth Fed Muscle brand OR Intek brand)
  • 1/4 cup 2% Greek yogurt (Fage brand)
  • Optional: 1/2 zucchini to sneak some extra tasteless veggies in

directions

  1. Blend all ingredients up in a blender. Add more water for desired visocity.
  2. Sip and enjoy!
