the ingredients
1/2 cup blanched almond flour
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup Nuttzo Butter (here)
3 tbs honey
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbs shredded coconut (for mix-in + topping)
note: you can sub any mix-in you like! seeds, chocolate chips, butterscotch, sprinkles, etc.
the process
- mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
- using a spoon, form 1-1.5 inch balls of dough and arrange them evening across baking sheet. press down on balls creating a disc/cookie shape. place in fridge 15-20 minutes.
note: these are best served right out of the fridge! :)
