the ingredients
the wet
3 mashed bananas
1 tbs honey (for vegan version, sub with 1 tbs maple syrup)
2 large egg whites (for vegan version, sub 2 eggs or 2 flax eggs)
2 tbs apple sauce
the dry
3 tbs Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetener (code: KTLEO)
3/4 cup protein powder (50% Gainful custom protein powder: here)
1 cup oat flour (blended oats) (for paleo version, sub 1 cup oat flour for 3/4 cup almond flour)
dash salt, nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda

I used blueberries, pumpkin seeds, blended mixed nuts
the process
- preheat oven to 350 and line a bread loaf pan with parchment paper .
- mash bananas, then blend everything (except mixins) in 1 large bowl. Lightly fold in the mixins.
- bake 30 minutes.
- frost with All American Nutrition Co Cheesecake frosting (3 tbs mix + 3 tbs Greek yogurt + 3 tbs nut milk) (for vegan version, sub with any vegan frosting)
- top with whatever you’d like! I used more mixed nuts.
