fudgey pumpkin brookie

ingredients

  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup organic cacao powder
  • dash salt dash cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon monk fruit sweetener (any sweetener works - honey, coconut sugar)
  • 3/4 cup oat flour (aka oats, blended up)
  • chocolate chips
  • 1 cup organic pumpkin purée

process

  1. Mix everything except the pumpkin purée and chocolate chips in a bowl. Once blended well, add in the pumpkin purée.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. spoon the mixture into balls on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. once all balls are formed, delicately press down on each.
  5. bake at 350 for 17 mins
