ingredients
1/4 cup oat flour (can sub almond flour)
- 1 tbsp protein (can sub coconut flour)
 - 1/8 tsp baking soda
 - dash of salt
 - dash of cinnamon
 - 1 tsp coconut oil
 - 1 egg (can sub flax egg)
 
how to make...
- mix dry ingredients...then add in oil and egg! mix well.
 - spray/drizzle a small ramekin with olive / avocado oil.
 - microwave 40-55 seconds in a small ramekin.
 - cut in half
 - toast, if desired
 - add desired toppings
