easy protein pancakes

4 ingredient easy peasy protein pancakes!

ingredients

1/2 banana, ripe

1 egg

1/4 cup rolled oats, Farmers We Know or Bob's Red Mill

1 scoop protein powder, Earth Fed Muscle or Intek

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp shredded coconut

 

directions

  1. drop ghee into medium sized pan.
  2. mix first 4 ingredients in a bowl.
  3. pour into desired sized circles over medium heat.
  4. top with coconut shreds and honey.
