ingredients
¼ cup frozen cauliflower
½ frozen banana (for KETO, remove banana and add more cauliflower)
1/4 avocado (can omit, but makes it perfectly creamy and heart-healthy added fats! )
1 cup spinach or kale
½ cup unsweetened nut milk (more / less depending how thick you take your smoothies!)
1 scoop Gainful protein powder (50% Gainful custom protein powder: here)
Optional: 1 scoop Amazing Grass Super Greens

- Toss all ingredients into blender. Blend ‘em up!
- Top with anything your heart desires - granola, berries, sliced bananas, etc.!
